"Simple UI for any team member to launch, analyze & report out on user-tests!"

What do you like best about UserTesting? The user interface makes the complex task of setting up, launching, reviewing and sharing findings out, easy to navigate and easy to look back on past tests. My department will often run reoccuring user-tests for things such as our website homepage, our top conversions on our website, etc., being able to repeat tests and use previous test plans was super helpful. The ability to share a single video clip or a highlight reel was also extremely helpful ...

Take too long to respond to queries

As a lead product designer I need to regularly test products. However, when looking for a new vendor the last couple weeks these guys took 2 weeks to respond to a sales and licensing query. Not acceptable.

Seems to be question after question

Seems to be question after question, gaining lots of free personal information. Do not qualify for survey time after time.

Not Appropriate Content

They just show the test and when you provide a screener for that test they usually say you are not appropriate for this test. Just a waste of time don't apply here. Rather use another websites.

Usertesting is by far the fairest company of its kind that I carry out tasks for. It is fair paying, very helpful and once you reach 4 stars or above you generally get around 5 tasks a week at least. On top of this, if a test doesn't work or is cancelled their end, you are often compensated. They genuinely seem to care about their workers and that is sensible as doing so encourages people to work well and provide useful feedback. I would definitely recommend signing up.

I am an established UT user with a five-star rating. I would make serious bank on the platform, now it's barely anything because having to screen through 10-15 questions just to qualify for a test is a drag. I can't seem to qualify for anything. I don't need to qualify for anything. I have qualified for thousands of tests and have been paid handsomely and now I barely qualify for anything. How are people making $400 a months on this? I think it has to do with ageism.

"Great platform for UX/UI"

What do you like best about UserTesting? Once you launch your test, you get feedback in less than an hour (my target is not too narrow which also helps) What do you dislike about UserTesting?

I believe there are some shenanigan's…

I believe there are some shenanigan's going on behind the scenes to collect information from us. I am finding it very hard to believe that I do not qualify for many of the tests. I started to get paid in October. Thus far I have been paid out $304 for my efforts and honest tests I have submitted. I notice that the busiest times of the day where the most tests are available are from 5-9 PM EST. How can it be that I make myself available and honestly answer and am told I do not qualify. I was ...
