"Experience with UserTesting"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to test features, designs, functions, etc. very quickly which user feedback to verify your findings. Also, I really like the ability to generate a link for our own user testing videos.

"Like magic"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Usertesting is a great platform for remote user testing. It has a really nice UI for study creation and its customer account staff are delightful to work with. They have enabled my company to do much more user testing than would be possible through in person recruitment alone.

"Great Platform for Gathering User Insights"
What do you like best about UserTesting? UserTesting is a great platform to gather unbiased and reliable insights from users about our site to continually make improvements. They are constantly improving upon the platform and always coming out with exciting new features. UT.com makes my job easier because I know I'll always be able to get human centric data back quickly so I can deliver actionable key insights to our main stakeholders.

I love doing the tests with Usertesting…
I love doing the tests with Usertesting (when I actually land well-matching surveys). Sometimes, I have had to disqualify myself because I feel the tests are TOO long (40 to 60 tasks and questions?), or the customer wants 30 minutes of your time without an offer of extra payment, or they want you to pull up your web camera AFTER you accepted the tests (I wish Usertesting would weed these out or collaborate with customer about productive ways of publishing these tests).My major problem is ...
