Worst of the worst, SCAM, Poor payment structure. Support is a nightmare and wont help you ever!
Worst of the worst, stay away from this. They only care about customers, you will spend hours to give feedback but they wont pay you at the end since the customer will deliberately rate you 1* to save their money. ABSOLUTE SCAM! Also the tests wont get uploaded and you will be stuck for 5 hrs. After that they will also not pay you even $10!. This was a good platform but unfortunately has turned into a SCAM. PLEASE RUN, STAY AWY. SAVE YOUR SANITY!!

You will be bullied by some customers, and have to be OK with that:(
It's legitimate site, not a scam; and you can earn some $, if you have the time. It's not difficult to understand how to do the tests, too. However, they lean to favor their customers, even when the contributor is in their right. Some tests are poorly written and hard to follow. I think UserTesting may spent more time education the test creators how to use the platform and conduct a test. The time and work of the testers have to be respected as well. Users are not priority - if they earn money, you get a portion
A side gig if you are really tight on money (I was able to earn max $100 in a month - not consistent nor average) BUT only if you have a LOT of time to spare and bored. A poor choice though over a stable source of income. PROS: If you're bored, sift through some potential tests and if you qualify, may earn you $10. You will receive payment roughly 2 weeks after. After a year, account deactivated with pending payments
After using it for over a year and making quite a bit of money, I was deactivated. And I have pending money in my account that I am still owed. Contacted support to no avail, ironic considering they respond in a timely manner every other time. Very disappointed, highly doubt I'll get my balance even though they are already completed tests.

There are a lot of things I could say…
There are a lot of things I could say about this testing site, and I've used it for close to a year. I've made over $1,000+ doing the various tests and interviews. Trying to keep a positive rating, which I think their system is massively flawed, esp. if you give candid answers to questions that their clients want, but apparently don't.
