Usersnap easy to use and very effective

What do you like best? I like that it is well designed and that it really focuses on facilitating work, you can use simple code lines which helps to make product launches more quickly and start or get feedback from our customer users. What do you like best? Nice and easy to use Can setup your account and start using it literally within a minute Getting visual feedback is the best decision you'll ever make if you're making online projects for clients. What do you like best? Usable interface, easy to setup and start gathering feedback. What do you dislike? Hotjar's feedback functionality (included in plans for free) has replaced the need for this tool. It's hard to tell how people who open the tool interact with it, is it as intuitive as it could be? Wonderful!

What do you like best? I could not have conceived of a better product myself. A few simple lines of code and we are able to get feedback directly from our users for each product release in a simple, easy to use way. This product is a game-changer for my company. Usersnap makes QA better, faster, and easier!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and the tester's default system info is captured along with their notes and screenshot, which is valuable and helpful. What do you dislike? It's not quite as good on mobile as on desktop because the widget covers most of the browser. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is invaluable to the QA process. Awesome tool to have have issue or feedback submited by end user.

What do you like best? The best thing I like about usersnap is its very easy to integrate. Also when end user submits an issue or feedback. Usersnap sends all the info a developer would require. i.e. User agent of the device, what was there on the console, screen shot, url etc. Also it allows integration with my asana task list. Very good feedback capturing system

What do you like best? Usersnap allows non technical users to capture screens, client machine info and provide details of the issues end user facing. This in turn also help technical team to analyze, replicate and troubleshoot the issue faster. Thanks What do you dislike? Easy to use website bug tracker for Basecamp

What do you like best? I like how Usersnap connects directly to Basecamp. With just a few clicks, I can link to the project and every issue I find is added to the right to-do list. What do you dislike? Because we connect Usersnap to Basecamp, we never need to use the Usersnap dashboard. Unfortunately that means the open screens, while completed on the Basecamp side, are never checked off on the Usersnap side. I wish the open screens were closed automatically from Basecamp. ...
