Best customer/website feedback tool

What do you like best? Intuitive and easy to use, pointing bugs on-screen, customizable feedback What do you dislike? Lack of features on A/B testing report, competitive pricing tires. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for a quick and easy to use (feedback/bug) tool, Usersnap is a good solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Usersnap helps us fixing bugs and collect feedback from our customers.

Service not ready for prime time

What do you like best? Usersnap has great potential, but it doesn't seem to be ready for primetime. What do you dislike? There's too many gaps and issues that it seems like it's a beta-test. For example, a bug that prevented me from updating our billing or 3rd party integrations missing essential hooks or data. Since it's not a full blown helpdesk app, it's critical that it work with 3rd party integrations and so far, Usersnap falls drastically short. Support and senior staff seem ...
