Service not ready for prime time

What do you like best? Usersnap has great potential, but it doesn't seem to be ready for primetime. What do you dislike? There's too many gaps and issues that it seems like it's a beta-test. For example, a bug that prevented me from updating our billing or 3rd party integrations missing essential hooks or data. Adds value on top of value!

What do you like best? Usersnap has been an incredible and seamless way to collect user feedback during our private beta. I love how easy and intuitive it is for all users. In fact, users are so impressed by usersnap that it reflects positively on our site as well. Managing feedback on the back end is very easy. Good tool for collating feedback

What do you like best? The integration into the browser through extensions for chrome and firefox makes it easy to get users of all levels to provide consistent feedback. Combined with the integration with Trello makes the workflow a lot easier to manage and automate. What do you dislike? Must have tool for anyone with a front end!

What do you like best? Easy for testing teams to provide visual, annotated feedback and for this feedback to get digested and acted upon by the relevant product and development teams. Great bug tracking & feedback tool

What do you like best? Very simple setup and also simple & easy to customize. I also like the way it can be integrated with 30+ 3rd party tools, like GitHub, GitLab, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc. What do you dislike? Usersnap itself is really great. Finally, Usersnap is what I was looking for!

What do you like best? Easy to use. Easy installation. User-friendly. Easy for non-tech-savvy users. The Chrome Extension works great. My clients already love it, and it's making my work easier!
