Great bit of software for testing

What do you like best? It's easy to install and very user friendly - important when the testers may not be computer savvy. What do you dislike? Trial period is not long enough. Would be better if it was 30 days. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start with only a few users then build up when you get the hang of using it. What do you like best? We use canvas elements in our product and usersnap allows us to capture feedback with screenshots where others couldn't. What do you like best? The design of Usersnap. It looks and works very simple for users. What do you dislike? That you need to choose one project and you can not combine them (or I cannot do that :)) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
