What do you like best about Userlytics? It provides all the basics for UXR. It has a large panel and a quick response time. It's cheaper than its competitors. What do you dislike about Userlytics? It's user experience is not ideal. Hard to scan and switch between the studies. Hard to get video clips. Result screens are not visually appealing to add directly to the reports. Provides no analysis tools, and no visualizations (word cloud, heatmap, etc.). Transcription quality is very low ...

What do you like best about Userlytics? Access to the participant panel is great - whenever we've had to recruit participants, the majority have been of a good quality, and they are always really quick to recruit, which makes running research really easy. I like the notifications it sends to remind participants of sessions, as it means it reduces the risk of no-shows.
