Same review from two different people?

Same review from Christina Hamilton 9 Feb 2023 and Haris Sangra 28 Mar 2023? Fishy!

"A complete platform to conduct User Testing"

What do you like best about Userlytics? Userlytics is one of the only companies that supports Testflight and Android testing. They have an easy to use user interface with powerful functionality. What do you dislike about Userlytics? It takes some time to get testers when you screen for specific types of users (to be expected). Very expensive What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to identify UX issues with our product

Unable to take criticism or side with their respondents

Strongly suspect they've deactivated my account. One of their partners decided to jerk me around after I miraculously managed to "qualify" for a $40 prototype test / interview. I say "qualify" because the few tests I've managed to get with them since joining have had it as painfully obvious that ANYONE could have simply done the tasks and completed them regardless of whether they arbitrarily fit some otherwise irrelevant criteria. I've pointed this out to them, complained about being ...

Something besides a fluff piece or cryptic complaint

Hey, Userlytics, how about replying to a validly negative review instead of just thanking people for the ones you've probably paid for as little fluff pieces? You've already made a truly terrible impression after I've just barely started trying your platform. What's the problem? You ask for all sorts of personal details supposedly meant to match a user with surveys and tests that will fit them, right? And then on the odd occasion you actually send an invite, it's off in the middle of the ...

I first registered with userlytics.com…

I first registered with userlytics.com about a month ago however every opportunity that I tried to join was either sent to me at 1-4 am my time or I was told that I was not suitable for the review. So in 1 month, I have not had any work from this company, and all I can think it that they are harvesting email addresses. I would waste my time on them.
