"Buggy product and slow road map"

What do you like best about UserIQ? What I like best about UserIQ is the amount of raw data the site provides on our products. I can than move that data in the ways that best suit my own research and analytics.

What do you like best about UserIQ? The User IQ team is extremely accommodating and helpful during and after the implementation process. The product itself is easy to implement and is fairly straightforward to configure.

"Great tool for tracking user activity and delivering content"

What do you like best about UserIQ? The tool has been a great point of interface for us and our customers. The tool is deployed in driving customer success, and UserIQ lets us get in front of our customers where they cannot ignore the message. Overall, the experience with UserIQ has been good, and the tool performs well on the user data acquisition, segmentation, and content delivery.

What do you like best about UserIQ? Simple implementation, great features, fantastic support. The team really goes out of its way to make sure we have everything we need. They are quick to respond to support requests, keep us updated on new features of the platform, and more.

"The Goldilocks tool for new products"

What do you like best about UserIQ? It provides our team powerful functionality without every bell or whistle that other products have - and charge for. It was more expensive than a walkthrough-only product, but the additional feature tracking and user success metrics were well worth it. Our product team can not only help users learn the new system, but see if features are used as expected or not (and adjust accordingly) - essential for any emergent platform.
