"Great product + extremely responsive & professional team"

I had tried a few different user onboarding products in the past; UserGuiding's flow / UX feels slightly less polished, but is way more efficient, and complete. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? There could be a bit more customization options out of the box for the transition effects (if I'm being nitpicky). What problems is UserGuiding solving and how is that benefiting you?
