"Great piece of software. Really easy to use and lots of good features"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? Really easy to understand how to use and workout how to implement the different features without having to click through lots of different help pages. What do you like best about UserGuiding? The product is so easy-to-use and we are able to create whole onboardings with minimal effort. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? "Great for building tooltips and guides for your users"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? They have really exceptional customer support. The team replies quickly and with lots of helpful tips and tricks. I also appreciate that their customer support team is integrated into the engineering team to some degree, and have been able to get engineers to respond to my questions quickly. What do you like best about UserGuiding? The simplicity of the experience and what you get for the money What do you dislike about UserGuiding? Still a few minor areas of improvement needed but the team seems to be actively solving them. What problems is UserGuiding solving and how is that benefiting you? User onboarding and engagement improvements. We also have used the NPS survey that has worked well. We were able to build all of this out and go live in 2 days
