What do you like best about UserGuiding? The best thing we like about userguiding is the fact we can inform our providers on certain key points of our website, which in turn takes down the number of requests for those particular subjects. "Very intuitive and easy to get in-app messages across"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? I love that it is intuitive and in-app messages can be designed by anyone. The settings have everything customizable from audience to scheduling etc. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? Nothing. It's amazing and easy to use for us. "Easy implementation and effective delivery"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? UG provided us a simple tool to provide user support in our application. The ability to target custom content to users with specific traits makes it easy for us to plan feature releases. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? "User Guiding for our customer portal went really well"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? User Guiding is really easy to pick up and learn. I think it will really be a benefit to our customers so they are guided with what is new in the portal and how to best navigate it. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? "It is very easy to create a user guiding"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? Everything is easy. I am not a technical person, but I can discover the tool by myself and start creating user guidings in a day. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? What I don't like is that I cannot do research in a Resource Center. What problems is UserGuiding solving and how is that benefiting you? User Guiding helps us lower the learning curve of our application and helps our users adopt to the application easily.

"Great guided tutorials for users."

What do you like best about UserGuiding? Helping users navigate a new application is sometimes difficult. User Guiding ensures that new users can take time on their own when onboarding to familiarize themselves with the interface. What do you like best about UserGuiding? The ability to change the order of steps in a guide, really user-friendly UI... What do you dislike about UserGuiding?
