"Very intuitive and useful system"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? The system is easy to use and set up. It enables us to offer guidance to our users and give them another means of communicating with our team to ensure the best possible user experience. "Love UserGuiding"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? Userguiding is an amazing tool! I never knew it was so easy to create live walkthroughs of your web pages, but UserGuiding does it well! It is very intuitive and easy to pick up, even with no experience. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? What do you like best about UserGuiding? What stands out most about UserGuiding is the incredibly helpful demo session led by Joud, which provided invaluable insights into the product's capabilities. "Customer Support has been outstanding so far!"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? I love the set up, it's easy to grasp and love they provide some templates so i don't go and overthink guides. The user support has been pretty awesome so far too! "Easy communication with my customers"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? I really like the flexibility we have to create and the incredible data analysis capacity I have. The variety of tools means that I can do everything necessary to make my customer's journey simpler with my product. What do you dislike about UserGuiding? "Easy and yet powerful"

What do you like best about UserGuiding? UserGuiding is simple to install and once you have their code running, you can set up a product tour in minutes. Their user segmentation, triggers, and targeting are very straightforward. My favorite part is the resource center, which acts as a user's help center and can be connected with Zendesk, showing matching articles.
