"Editor feedback on bug reporting"

What do you like best about Userback? I like the possibility to add screeshots easily. What do you dislike about Userback? The comments and replies to comments are easiliy missed. The tagging function doesn't seem to work all the time or at least notifications were not sent nor received by me. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving linguistic bugs and helping the team track them more easily.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Userback? Userback is easy to use, good ui and simple to navigate. UX and functionality is good too. What do you dislike about Userback? Until now, I haven't found a dislike thing about Userback. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to track and managing the bugs and issues in a single place is always good to manage

What do you like best about Userback? Easy to use and efficient. I did not need a training to be able to use it quickly. What do you dislike about Userback? For my liking, I did not notice anything majour that I disliked. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track all the changes and who needs to take action. Very clear.

"Your only tool to frictionlessly capture user feedback and bugs"

What do you like best about Userback? Easier UX for user to share feedback and bug reports. What do you dislike about Userback? Hard to group bugs, feedback, we have a lot of repetitive feedback but there is no way to organize it. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting the word from our users and adjusting our software accordingly and faster.
