What do you like best about Userback? It's easy to use, and very intuitive for our support representatives and our end users. What do you dislike about Userback? There is no native integration with Salesforce.com yet (2022). What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? "Amazing tool for development and design reviews"

What do you like best about Userback? I really like the ease of use with this tool. It can be installed on nearly any web project withing minutes and enables screenshot notation and user feedback for your project. You can customize the feedback call-to-action with hardly any effort on a project basis. "Editor feedback on bug reporting"

What do you like best about Userback? I like the possibility to add screeshots easily. What do you dislike about Userback? The comments and replies to comments are easiliy missed. The tagging function doesn't seem to work all the time or at least notifications were not sent nor received by me. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving linguistic bugs and helping the team track them more easily.
