"A really compact tool for UX research"

What do you like best about Lyssna? What I most like about Usability Hub is that it contains most of the most commonly used UX research practices in one place, so if I'd like to run a study using a large variety of methods I can find a template to do that. Most of the time it's quite easy to set up, and it's very intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Lyssna? During my work so far I ran into 2 limitations, both which made my life a bit harder. The first issue I had was that there is a ...

"Getting Usability Feedback, Fast"

What do you like best about Lyssna? UsabilityHub is a very easy to use platform with a ton of different usability test type options. The annual platform cost is low and depending on the type of feedback you want, you can use your own lists at zero additonal costs, or the UsabilityHub audience for a very fair cost per response. The results also come in incredibly fast. What do you dislike about Lyssna? There isn't a single thing I dislike about the tool. I consider it one of my critical ...

"Great for quick usability or AB tests!"

What do you like best about Lyssna? I love being able to directly sync my figma prototypes and chart user journey. I also love being able to do a quick AB test. I usually source my own users but if I cant, having the panel option is awesome. Good UI and results analytics. Keep up great work What do you dislike about Lyssna? I think the questions could build on eachother a bit more. could offer more integrations but so far so good with the updates. I am excited to see what they come up with ...

"Cost-effective tool for startups"

What do you like best about Lyssna? Rapid, relatively low cost feedback, completely tailored to our desired audience, and ideal for guiding where our focus should be as an online retailer. What do you dislike about Lyssna? Tailoring surveys quickly increases cost. What problems is Lyssna solving and how is that benefiting you? Identifying objections on landing pages + helping us choose between copy oines for future campaigns.

"My go-to user research platform"

What do you like best about Lyssna? I like the variety of tests, the segmentation of the audiences and the speed of the results. What do you dislike about Lyssna? I don't dislike anything, but...I wish they would incorporate moderated and non moderated sessions as well. What problems is Lyssna solving and how is that benefiting you? Right now we are redesigning our mobile app. We are in the process of getting baseline results to measure if our new designs are more user friendly than the ...

"It's not just likely that I would recommend UsabilityHub. I recommend it all the time."

What do you like best about Lyssna? UsabilityHub is great for facilitating quick and straightforward user testing, surveys and the likes. I find it really easy to analyse the insights that come out of the tests, and the quick turnaround makes it even more valuable. What do you dislike about Lyssna? I have a sceptisism about the demographic targeting. I have doubts that eg. doctors/surgeons are completing tests for 20 cents. The overview of tests could also use some work, as it is a bit ...

"Great platform, could use a little more analytics capabilities"

What do you like best about Lyssna? Usability is easy to use. Having zero experience with the platform, I found it quite intuitive. What do you dislike about Lyssna? The results tabs for first-click testing could be better. I'd like to view the quant data e.g., time on task with the demo data. What problems is Lyssna solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a unique audience of users where I work. They tend to be older (50+) and less tech-savvy. We used Userlytics in the past but our ...

"Good tool for testing, but not for sending tests"

What do you like best about Lyssna? The variety of tools for testing is dynamic. I love the variations set feature. The usability of the platform is outstanding, simple and clean. Personally, it is a quick help for my UX team's problems. What do you dislike about Lyssna? It's not too flexible. The UI that my users see is limited. If I want to use another template, it is impossible, which is a little frustrating. I would like to play around with the visibility of the UI elements and ...

"Great one stop tool for user research"

What do you like best about Lyssna? Great for quick testing of user. Everything from a 5 second test, through to preference testing and newly card sorting. Best of all, when you have your own audience, it is free of charge. I love the simplicity of the setup and results come in in days, not weeks as in AB testing. Speaking of statistics, it event figures out the significance of the result, so you can be sure of the result. Plus they try to add stuff, not like hotjar, which just removes ...

"Indispensable UX product"

What do you like best about Lyssna? Flexible and easy to set-up tests, great report and feedback filtering, a wonderful user interface and generally cost-effective. The breadth of available test options makes it easy to keep multiple test types in a single platform, and the user panels provide great feedback consistently. What do you dislike about Lyssna? Sometimes it's a little difficult to gauge how many credits will be needed for each test, which makes OOP costs at an agency a bit less ...
