"Very poor responses and participants are not following instructions"

What do you like best about Lyssna? After I launched my test, I received quick responses. What do you dislike about Lyssna? The quality of the responses was very poor. I did two tests. I had to cancel the first one as the responses coming in were useless. On questions as "Can you review this website and share your thoughts", I got multiple times the answer "Yes". "I love how easy to use and straightforward their new interview feature is."

What do you like best about Lyssna? The interviews feature. Surveys. I like how streamlined it is compared to other tools I've used, in comparison it's not overcomplicated but it has mostly all of the functions that you need and it works reliably. "A world of UX research possibilities"

What do you like best about Lyssna? As a UX researcher of 10 years, I use Lyssna for a majority of my testing... which is all the time. It has all of the necessary tests and it's easy to to set up in no time. The ability to easily define your audience just makes a great difference in my role. "Great tool for getting quick and scrappy feedback -- perfect for startups!"

What do you like best about Lyssna? The tool is great for self-service research. The tests are really simple to set up and I love being able to quickly pool proxy customers. Customer support has been really helpful when needed as well. What do you dislike about Lyssna? What do you like best about Lyssna? Lyssna (formerly Usability Hub) has enabled us to get answers to sticky design questions right when we need them.
