Excellent service with responsive support

What do you like best? Uptime.com has a clean and intuitive web UI, and a well-documented API for programmatic access. The Product and Support teams have been attentive and responsive to our needs, and actively work to improve the service. Uptime.com's service offering is competitive with other top providers, and very simple to set up. Maintenance of probe servers is communicated well in advance, so there have been no surprises in terms of uptime of the monitoring service itself. ...

Great service

Great service, one of the simplest to use in this product space, good integrations for notifications with slack, would love to see some integration with selenium.

Easy to understand and feature rich

What do you like best? API Monitoring: We tried 6 diffrent tools for our chain of API requests, non of these could configure all of them but Uptime could. What do you dislike? Currently there is no agent for intranet application monitoring but it's on the roadmap from what i heard What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring of our public API's, so that we get quick alerts if something is not working.

Reliable and simple

What do you like best? Uptime is simple to integrate into your service platform and just works. Thanks to the text, phone, email, and slack alerts you always know when something is wrong. What do you dislike? Sometimes the documentation is outdated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Uptime allows us to know that our whole service is always online, and if not helps us to debug exactly what's down.
