What do you like best? Graphics are easy to read, the platform is very user friendly to learn and use. What do you dislike? Haven't come across anything I dislike with the program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting alerts timely and having support readily available to assist.

Great alternative to Monitis

What do you like best? SSO is a big plus, the escalation rules are also helpful. Solid out of box experience with lots of flexibility. What do you dislike? Customization/branding of email notifications, Teams/Slack notifications and better "branded" status pages would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? General uptime reporting, outage escalation. Better security with SSO.

Easy to understand and feature rich

What do you like best? API Monitoring: We tried 6 diffrent tools for our chain of API requests, non of these could configure all of them but Uptime could. What do you dislike? WOrks well, missing feature is to use https with own domain.

What do you like best? easy to setup, pretty intuitive, it just works. What do you dislike? you cant use your own domain with https, which is a most. Recommendations to others considering the product: You can only use http with custom domain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to provide clients with a status of our services.

Great Monitoring Platform!

What do you like best? My team loves the graphs on this platform and checks are very easy to configure.The status pages are also fantastic so that we can put out a professional looking status page on our cloud services along with incident reporting. Combined with SAML logins for staff, and configurable alerts, and integration with our alert platform Opsgenie, this is one solid package for external monitoring. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Quick and efficient support. Many features and checks also with the basic account. Accurate and reliable. What do you dislike? Nothing relevant for now. All seems to be ok. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are monitoring our company site with costant checks for everything. I think so it's the best monitoring service.

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the UI and I find that there is a good assortment of monitors, from regular web monitors to simple transactions and also end-user performance. Their support team is easy to reach and team members react very promptly. I had an issue with an SSL certificate monitor and they addressed it quickly. What do you dislike?
