Their free plan is enough to cover my needs.
UptimeRobot makes it easy to track my web service status. They provide clear information to my users about the downtime event. Even their free plan is enough to cover my needs.

Excellent, Helpful Support
I use Uptime Robot to monitor my websites on a regular basis and have had nothing but positive things to say. Support is very helpful when tryin to resolve an issue and was quick to help find an answer that suited my needs. A support member was very helpful in teaching me about features such as bulk support which have been vital in my use with the tool.

Simple, easy, to the point service with some power behind the scenes
A no frills, simple, reliable, "just works" kind of service. Have been using it for over 6 years at least, upgraded to receive some SMS alerts and add some more sensors and over time added more complex uptime checks such as SSL, keywords, etc.
