What do you like best? Cash back and easy to use. No other website offers something like this. What do you dislike? Nothing I dislike yet. Chat support person changed during an issue so that took more time than expected. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check out other websites with cash back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Profile name appearing on issued ticket. Was able to get on flight and not an issue.

"So far, it works well!"

What do you like best? I like the ease of having client's travel information already in the system when booking, this way I'm not searching for birth dates, preferences, known traveler numbers, frequent flyer numbers or credit card numbers. I also like that there's a navigator that can assist clients if there's any issue with the reservation and that they traveler gets notified of the booking and the traveler is made aware that the navigator is there to assist (and not me). What do you like best? Ease of booking all relevant travel accommodations. Do not have to lay out any costs which when paired with my personal expenses is more a burden than a help. What do you dislike? Didn't experience any pain points or difficulties What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consolidate travel expenses. No need to keep track of receipts or lay out any travel expenses.

What do you like best? I like the fact that when I need to search for information for a trip it is very easy to use. I like the fact that I can book everything in one location. What do you like best? Upside is super easy to use and love having access to travel information. What do you dislike? I wasn't able to add to a previously booked trip - so it showed as two separate trips when I added on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall, a great software.

What do you like best? Upside is very, very useful for those booking trips on others' behalf. What do you dislike? The only criticism I have is that lowest fares as displayed on the site are not always actually the lowest fares available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Booking travel for myself and my colleagues has never been easier!

"I haven't had many problems booking."

What do you like best? I like the chat feature to change travel arrangements. What do you dislike? I dislike the inconsistency in gift cards. I don't understand which trips return gift cards and which ones do not. It's a minor issue compared to what it could be. Recommendations to others considering the product: None right now. "Excellent customer service!"

What do you like best? Upside's Navigators are the most amazing customer service I've ever encountered. They are always so easy to work with. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that I can't put a trip on hold for my coworkers to view before I book it for them.
