What do you like best about Upshot.ai? The platform is very feature-rich and allows us to deliver a perfect omnichannel experience. What do you like best about Upshot.ai? Upshot acts as an invisible layer on our applications driving tangible results What do you dislike about Upshot.ai? None as in the last two years of using Upshot the product capability has grown multifold and is constantly evolving What problems is Upshot.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Upshot to solve various problems for our clients including better digital adoption, OJT, on the fly nudges for action, sales success virtual mentoring etc

"Excellent customer service and product capabilities"
What do you like best about Upshot.ai? I was looking out for a gamification product to complement our Banking Channel offering. Upshots product was a perfect fit for our solution. And their team was extremely customer friendly and professional. What do you dislike about Upshot.ai? I don't think there is anything to comment on this. What problems is Upshot.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We have made more customer engagement opportunities via Upshot in our product
