Great Experience Overall
PROS: Front end is super easy to use and very easy to navigate. The chat support is very helpful and they can almost always help solve whatever issues you may have. CONS: The back end billing can sometimes be a mess due to (i think) the poor integration between breadcrumb and upserve. There are multiple different payment platforms that do not coordinate with each other.

Advanced POS technology
PROS: Using only this platform, we were able to capture and tackle many of the problems we had. CONS: There are some technical issues with the login.

The report tools are awesome
PROS: The reporting tools for Upserve POS are great. CONS: The programming of the set-up process is a bit hard.

I had a pretty good idea on what I was trying to do in the pos system I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything so I chatted with Anthony and he confirmed what I was trying to do. He was very nice. Unfortunately I could not do what I would have like which is apply a coupon code comp with an exact dollar price, your system would only allow a percentage not dollar amount. Upserve is so easy and efficient
PROS: The ease of it and all of the reports available make it so easy to find everything I need CONS: There are a couple of payroll reports I need that I cant find

Printer issue

Great tool to use
PROS: Because it is cloud-based, I can change or add items remotely. This is a very useful feature as I can still track my business even if I'm away. It also has great updates that proved to be very useful as we use Upserve POS. Their customer service is also very friendly and accomodating, so we are not as stressed whenever we encounter problems with the platform.

WORST "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EVER!!!!
They have the absolute worst customer service on earth. Sales will pick up after one ring, but if you are already a customer you will never be able to speak with a customer service rep. I do not believe they actually exist. I have called for a week straight and been on hold for hours with no answer ever. Still have not spoken to anyone in "customer service" because I do not believe it actually exists.
