Upserve is the best
PROS: It works well even in offline mode. Its back office is also great. Teaching new hires how to use Upserve POS is also easy. CONS: I hope they only show tables currently opened, instead of all of them.

We were switching our banking…
We were switching our banking information for this location and I reached out to one of the representatives via the chat option on Upserve.com. Someone was able to promptly assist me and sent me the banking information update request. I was able to fill out the form and almost within the 24 hours the deposits were going to the new bank account.

It makes our life in the restaurant easier
PROS: Menu integration is lovely and sorting data is easier with its filter function. I am also pleased with their customer service. They are very supportive. CONS: Adding menus can be hard at first, but their customer service was able to help us with this task.

User friendly and very easy to use
PROS: It is very easy to use. Copying and changing items can be done without any problem. Products are also easy to find and changing payment methods can be done within seconds. Our staff also found it easy to learn how to use. CONS: Better back-end reports will be appreciated. Also, we experienced difficulties using its offline mode. This problem needs immediate fixing.

HQ and customer service for the win!
PROS: The customer service has never let me down. The HQ is also designed very well and is easy to navigate. CONS: The frontend of the software is a bit clunky and slow. Not ideal for a retail setting with high volume.

Credit card number needed
I had to refund a customer and didnt have credit card number. The employee was very helpful and got me to the right person and resolved my issue.
