Excellent Overall Service
PROS: Ease of use on the back end and easy to use interface. My employees didn't hate it upon launch. CONS: A more intuitive holding a tab feature. A few easier quick keys. But I think once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to use.

Great Addition!
PROS: Very competitive credit card rates! Great tools to see what is going on in our restaurant such as repeat guests, popular menu items, and server rankings. CONS: Add additional information and functionality to the mobile app.

What do you like best? What I like best about Breadcrumb is the ease of use and the aesthetic properties that make it stand out. Everything is clear and clutter-free.

Very User Friendly and Responsive Support
PROS: The interface is very attractive and user-friendly. The online support articles are very thorough and if questions are not fully answered there, their on call support team is super helpful and follows up to make sure their solutions worked. CONS: There are a few things that could use work- the system for gathering reports based on times is very wonky with their “day parts”.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
PROS: Easy to use system, from the front of the house to back office use CONS: Customer support is terrible. Have 5 iPads and were told to keep them plugged in with their chargers since they trickle charge. Now all of my iPads are separating from the screens and will not hold a charge and keep going off line. One person informed us that we should keep them plugged in and another said we shouldn’t. They will not take responsibility for the repair. This system has been a nightmare since we’ve ...

"Super simple/intuitive POS"
What do you like best? Breadcrumb is a great POS for any bar/restaurant. The ability to start tabs that hold credit card info is great, as many folks don't like giving their card! Having the option of visual and list open tabs is nice. I'm a fan.

What do you like best? User friendly interface. Responsive tech support when I've needed them. I like the timesheet tracking. I like that it's possible to track inventory cost, though I don't put that in accurately, since many of my items are "copied" from old items so this number is inaccurate.

What do you like best? Mobile access has been great and is fast and easy to use.. Cloud based data makes working anywhere easy. The ease of inputting new product or editing existing product is great.
