Upserve's customer service is horrific

Upserve's customer service is horrific. If you are lucky enough to chat with someone the chat usually abruptly ends before anything is resolved and wait times for a phone call are at least 30-45 minutes. No business can function and have someone trying to get through to your sub-par help. You cannot see gratuities as people pay making it hard to balance books, keep track, cut staff, etc.

Will be recommend

We bought the system for more than 2 months and we only use it for only 1 time because it’s not how we wanted it. The sale person didn’t do what he promised. Would not recommend to anyone for sure. It will be great if we can return the system

"Easy to use!"

What do you like best? The best thing about Upserve is how user friendly it is. Easy to find products and create new payments types. Customer services are helpful and supportive. Menu setup is easy and intuitive. I like how you can copy an item and change items within seconds. The staff are able to use the program in training mode to become efficient using the product prior to service.
