Close to excellent

Although it took some challenges to get the operation up and running, as well to clarify on the Upserve administration side who is authorized to receive support, I was able to swiftly get my issue resolved. My criticism would be on communication. There were so many misfires and unexplained steps in our rollout process that has lead to my review.

Problem solved!

I was having difficulty logging into Upserve in my tablet for a few days. I couldn't understand why I could login on my laptop but not my iPad. Live chat solved my problem quickly and efficiently.

Top notch customer service!

I really appreciate and value the customer service experience I get. As a fairly new business owner, I often have questions that feel complicated to me, but the folks at Upserve always take the time to walk me through any challenges I am facing. I consistently find them to be friendly, professional, helpful and experienced. The more I learn, the more I like, and as someone who value's customer service a lot, I give them the highest of marks!

Amazing customer service!

PROS: They are super fast at solving any issues that arise with your systems! We never have any problems getting help solving IT problems. Their reps are always so nice and seem to always know what they're talking about! CONS: We do not have any issues with Upserve.

Had an issue with a check out report…

Had an issue with a check out report and got assistance within two minutes which in 15 years in the industry I’ve never had a POS system contact me back so quickly and solve the problem I had so fast.

On our opening night using Upserve

On our opening night using Upserve, we had a question. We called Upserve in the middle of our rush. It took 30 seconds before we were talking to someone. Our support quickly logged into our system and walked us through our issue on how to fix it. So friendly too!!!

Always reliable.

I appreciate that the team at Upserve is always available to help. Not that we run into many issues with the system, but when we do- the correspondence is fast and easy.
