"Untap Compete: fantastic support"
What do you like best about Untap Compete? The support team is extremely responsive. We can contact them via email and the chat function, and we have regularly scheduled virtual meetings to discuss any specific questions, to receive updates on progress, and occasionally as a bit of a tutorial. They're very knowledgable, react incredibly swiftly, and do their best to make the program do what we want it to do.

What do you like best about Untap Compete? Three things. 1) Value for the money. Alternatives were $5k+ /year. 2) It's very easy to set up the site and the judging criteria for anyone with any experience with WordPress or similar software. 3) The customer support is awesome - they make you feel like a million bucks even if they don't charge a million bucks.
