Very happy customer
I've been using Unleashed for 6 months now and am so happy with it. For such a complex and powerful system the onboarding was pretty straightforward and then their standard support service afterwards is really great too. I just had a problem with mapping products over from Shopify after a website update and they (Heather) sorted it out super quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service so far, everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

I'm really enjoying learning the ropes…
I'm really enjoying learning the ropes of Unleashed and it's an incredibly useful inventory management tool! Support has been a great help, in particular I have caught Tyler Barnes on the phones a few times now and he has been knowledgable and also really helpful at working/talking through something I am not understanding!

So far, I have had great successes in fixing issues raised with the Unleashed team. I really appreciate it when an assigned (support) person takes time to explain why or points out specific area/s in our database where the issues are coming from.
