What do you like best? The platform is easy to learn and navigate for Customer and User maintenance. What do you dislike? The html static page creation can be difficult. Features continuously not working; inconsistent placement of save buttons; inability to edit everything ourselves (would be nice to not have to rely on company to switch some issues out).
