CIMM2 has come a long way, with a long way yet to go

What do you like best? It's a very robust platform, with lots of features, attributes, and options. The support is good, and when you go live with a site on CIMM2, you do get support with regular follow-up calls. What do you dislike? Overall a good product.

What do you like best? I would say that overall, CIMM2 is user friendly with easy to use content editing tools. The case management system allows for multiple users to create and edit cases. It's nice to be able to share issues and concerns with other distributors. What do you dislike? It's difficult to have and customizations. Difficulties using CIMM2

What do you like best? Display on the home screen of colored pie charts of all our sales by vendor. What do you dislike? Site is not very user friendly. I do not like the pull out menus on the left and right sides of the screen, I always forget they are there! Consistently Disappointing

What do you like best? The overall layout appears fairly intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike being forced to use a single web browser to bypass errors, but more than that, the number of errors including the ability to report an error is just a constant frustration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to use the product as a PIM solution and also to help with the automation of catalog creation.

What do you like best? It works and is pretty easy to use. Changing things are quick. What do you dislike? It is a very messy UI. There are a lot of features that need to be added. Not very user-friendly

Learning CIMM2

What do you like best? I like having control of most functions of our site and being able to make changes ourselves. Also it is helpful having a team that is able to answer questions and fix problems by messaging back and forth. What do you dislike? CIMM2 isn't as user friendly as I would like. Needs to be more user friendly.

What do you like best? Ease of use, or the ability to find the answer in the Unilog University if I cant figure it out on my own. What do you dislike? Our app for phones does not update when we update the site in CIMM2. Seems like that should update as soon as our website does. Working on the static pages is somewhat difficult. Just not very user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems, just a better website in the works.
