Unbounce Reviews in April 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Bland, generic, forgettable pages every time...

Every unbounce landing page ever created looks like an unbounce landing page. Bland, generic, and utterly agony if you want to style somethign properly. And have all these people who rate it so highly actually seen the code it churns out - it's embarrasing... The only reason people use it is because either they can't code, they haven't got time and don't mind producing awful landing pages, or they don't care that they are producing awful landing pages.

Customer service is second to none

Customer service is second to none. I must've asked about 30 questions in 2 weeks and they're always patient and help me resolve issues.I wish the builder had a brand kit though with all my colours, fonts, logos etc like Canva has.

Effective landing page developer suitable for advertising.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Within two hours, I can also go to the concept to handover of some kind of sensitive, pleasant and personalized webpage. The WYSIWYG software is the simplest I've been using, allowing me to modify anything from data to visuals and shapes. I enjoy how it interacts with anything, too. really disappointed by customer servive

@unbounce really disappointed by your service, I've asked for customer support as I was having technical issues, never heard back and now I am still being charged although I wasn't able to use the service at all so far. i shouldn't have been charged. This is really frustrating #poorcustomerservice #landingpage

Easy for Design, but Buggy

What do you like best? The simple drag and drop tools that make it easier to implement changes to the designs. The layout is also very organized which makes it easy to find what you need. What do you dislike? It can be very buggy, especially the cookies and cache. You may not ever see the changes you made but others might. Excellent Landing Page Builder

What do you like best? In Unbounce you can make pages look anyway you like. there are no limitations of tables or boxes. Drag anything you want, anywhere you want it. What do you dislike? The price is fairly high but still better than instapage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using unbounce for all of my landing pages including the home page for my main website.
