Overall positive, but not without complications
What do you like best? UltiPro has allowed us to provide automation for critical items, which has saved us significant time. We see this especially in our areas of compliance, including W2 processing, EEO-1 processing and 1095 processing. I've been using UltiPro for 6 years in 3 different industries.
What do you like best? I like that UltiPro has a lot of different modules that work together. I like that you can report on all the information. I like that it has a lot of different areas to solve different problems in the workforce. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to get answers to questions. The case system doesn't always work. What do you like best? I like that Ultimate is always looking for better ways to put people first. What do you dislike? I dislike the turnover rate within the UltiPro staff, like with rapid response and NTR's. I had 4 different NTR's within the last year alone. UltiPro has been a great solution for our Payroll needs.
What do you like best? UltiPro has been quick to resolve issues What do you dislike? Payment Services is a mess, but we have seen changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UltiPro has really improved process built around the Human Resources department. We have been able to reduce the time it took run payroll with our old HRIS company.

Great customer service and many options
What do you like best? Customer services is the number one upside to UltiPro. Response times are great to cases submitted and they are really making sure you're getting everything that you need related to that issue/question. There are so many add on's within the system that makes it more comprehensive.
