Easy to Use
What do you like best? Easy to access, easy to review, all in one program! What do you dislike? The timing of time off request is a bit wonky and doesn't reflect accurately until the time off request has actually happened. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to see my clock in and clock out times in an easy to read format

Best Payroll Tool Out There!
What do you like best? The best part about processing payroll on Ultipro is no mainframe! You see your calculations in real time and if you have to make a change, you can change one employee as opposed to rejecting the whole payroll and reprocessing. What do you dislike? This experience has been informative, interesting and well worth the time.
What do you like best? I like the system from recruiting to on boarding. I like the ability to create and run reports on company data. I like the ultipro support team. What do you dislike? Great experience working with UltiPro
What do you like best? My favorite part of UltiPro is Business Intelligence. I enjoy being able to pull any data that I'm asked for in my job. What do you dislike? As probably is common, we have many business practices which don't match with the way UltiPro works and I wish there were many more parts of UltiPro that were customizeable. Overall good with some issues
What do you like best? I like the integration and how there is the possibility of one stop shopping. The software is excellent overall but has some issues periodically. When I am not having issues I like the software but when I am it is very inconvenient. When it works it works very well but when it forgets it is almost catastrophic. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the Security Roles, where you can manage what information is accessed and who see's what. There Support Services are very friendly and usually have a quick response time. What do you dislike? We really need Org Charts but, it will not print out a standard Box Org Chart for the Whole Company.
