One Integrated System

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is one integrated system for HRIS Core, Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding. I also appreciate the fact that we were able to complete an integration with our background check vendor. What do you dislike? Great customer service, not user friendly

What do you like best? Customer service is bar-none to any other HRIS system I've used. What do you dislike? The platform and reporting feature is not user friendly at all What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ultipro slows down the process for recruiting its a resume collector and the reporting is from Kronos you have to be a wiz to use it.

Economical choice for an HRIS system - still building out features but off to a good start.

What do you like best? It does have a clean homepage, which has the ability to be customized. Additionally, the search feature is straightforward. It seems intuitive - and their team members were well experienced on the project planning side for initial set up. What do you dislike? The learning and development portal could use a build out (which is in the works, I believe). Currently, you can only upload content - and not build it in the tool. What do you like best? Can do pretty much anything you need through UltiPro. Time management, employee history, org charts, benefits, W2, annual reviews, etc. I like that it's a one stop shop What do you dislike? Not the most intuitive software. What do you like best? its Very easy to navigate through. All of your “pages” that you need are all in one area and labeled correctly What do you dislike? You have to change your password every 2-3 months. Easy to navigate

What do you like best? I think for the most part Ultipro is pretty easy to navigate and user friendly What do you dislike? I thought the timesheet part of ultipro was a bit confusing at first What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that ultipro is a one stop shop for everything including: benefits, paycheck info, training, performance evaluations, etc.

Lack of knowledge on sales team, then abandoned by implementation team.

What do you like best? The interface is slick, it's professional looking and will give off a quality image to your company. What do you dislike? Firstly, the sales team. They do not know the limitations of the software and will smile and tell you that the software will do literally anything that you want. This will be corrected when you talk to the implementation team, and they inform you that features that you were promised are ether 1. Not something Ultipro can do or 2. Ultipro ...
