Very user friendly
What do you like best? How simple it is to use on a daily basis. What do you dislike? I don't really have any dislike issues with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ultipro is wonderful to tract vacation time for all employees. You an edit very easily without any hassle and print.

Best Software for Payroll
What do you like best? The things that I like best about Ulitpro are how easy it is to navigate the page, the key dates that it stores, the ease of setting up direct deposit, the ability to see pay history, and other important things for my job. A whole lot of hype for a platform that isn't supported equally.
What do you like best? Analytics were amazing - you just couldn't depend on the data you were reporting. What do you dislike? The platform is not set up for complex configuration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was not able to solve any, rather create more.

Ultipro is not that user-friendly.
What do you like best? I use Ultipro for work, mostly to submit corporate documents. What do you dislike? Ultipro is not that user-friendly. I find it hard to navigate and do not use it that often. When I do use it, my password is always expired and I need to update the password. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using Ultipro for payroll
What do you like best? I like the ease and accessibility when using Ultipro. I am able to access so much information about payroll and past statements at any time, from anywhere. In past jobs, we used paper statements. I seemed to always misplace them. But with Ultipro, I have all past paystubs and information at my fingertips! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Pretty easy to use - I like that we can streamline our ATS and other benefits, onboarding, etc processes into it. This was something we werent able to use before. What do you like best? Our HR department decided on UltiPro because it was going to be more scalable and supposedly would provide for bettter reporting/API capabilities. What do you dislike? The user interface is messy and confused compared to the alternatives (i.e. Bamboo). The reporting is not as promised and only allows for standard (canned) reports.
