Great system!

What do you like best? The modules are customizable. It is a great system that is both administrator and employee friendly. Running reports takes half the time it used to. In addition, it has mobile friendly applications! What do you dislike? Some pages are not fully customizable. For example, the UltiPro Recruiting administrator page is lime green and doesn't allow us to brand it. What do you like best? That it's so easy and self explanatory, i love how you can go from screen to screen or from tab to tab and if you are not sure you can take the tutorial. What do you dislike? No more paper!

What do you like best? UltiPro has really helped my team solve a multitude of issues. Being able to complete our Open Enrollments, onboarding, performance reviews, and PTO requests virtually has saved us so much time and paper. We no longer have to manually track who has the paperwork. We no longer misplace paperwork. Everything is in the system, ready to audit when needed. Great tool for any size company

What do you like best? I love that this system grows with you. What do you dislike? It isn't the cheapest system on the market What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple things like consistent information across the board have been such a success with UltiPro. Previously, employee records were pieced together through many different tools. UltiPro is robust. Everything can live here! It is our new system of record.

What do you like best? The ease of using the tabs to access your own information. Also, easy to switch in HR view so I can review all of an associate's information . What do you dislike? Not everything is supported and we still have to use UltiPro back office to make updates.
