What do you like best? I like how user friendly UltiPro is both from an employee and system operator perspective. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about UltiPro. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great system! Love the Business Intelligence reporting and Standard Reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The reports and webinars make it easy to stay on top of compliance.

What do you like best? The Ultimate software is very intuitive for employees and managers. Out of box functionality provides solutions for nearly all requirements and allows for a great deal of configuration to deal with specific requirements. The culture of the Ultimate team fits well with our company's culture - work hard, play hard. What do you like best? Ultipro has always been my staple as an employee. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. For example, I can easily print out my W2 or change my address, even set up direct deposit. I personally love it. As an employee, it saves so much time for me. What do you dislike? Manually entering schedules does get to be a bit time consuming for our non-salary employees, so perhaps a way to save templates as a saved time card would be helpful. Also, ...

One stop shop! Everything you need in 1 place

What do you like best? That i can see everything HR Related at one location-my sick time, vacation time, paystubs, withholding amounts, contacts. I love having access to this information and not having to call into a call center or leave a message for HR to return when they are available. Does the job. Not great.

What do you like best? Admittedly, we do not use UltiPro to its full potential. I like that we can easily customize the homepage for important updates, it's easy to navigate, and it's a central place for timekeeping, benefits, PTO, etc. This is especially important for our org since we have salaried and hourly employees. What do you dislike? I wish it integrated better with other systems. We also receive a lot of complaints about how long it takes to clock in and out. ...

What do you like best? When we made the transition to UltiPro the number one item I was looking for was all around better customer service and experience. We were with a previous provider that we could not trust on multiple levels. The second we met our sales rep and then into starting activation with UltiPro I could tell the difference, everyone was SO knowledgeable. We already felt valued as a customer. All In One Powerful System

What do you like best? All of the modules and everything we need is in one system. What do you dislike? Because so many modules and options - it is sometimes difficult to keep up with all that is available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solved so many challenges by partnering with Ulti - mostly the all in one aspect.

Best System Ever Used!

What do you like best? There are so many features I like - Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, On-boarding, Open Enrollment - and especially Document Acknowledgment! I also like the reconfigurability of the system - allows me to make changes as I need to. What do you dislike? Not all aspects are user-friendly, such as Perception.
