Streamline, easy processes to keep payroll information compliant and up to date.
What do you like best? We use several different pieces of UltiPro and it is great how they all integrate and work together. Makes record keeping and compliance much easier. What do you dislike? Sometimes the response time with customer support is long if you do not call directly to rapid response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We recently worked through some issues with a new PTO code and the switch over of old codes.

Works pretty well.
What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly. Easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Limited on creating certain things...recruiting and onboarding dont communicate well. Great product with a few tweaks
What do you like best? The ability of our employees to log in and see their information, the ability to grant tiered access to managers, the unlimited reporting options, the capability to tailor the product to our needs What do you dislike? Review of ULTI ATS and HRIS system and we launched the system in 2017.
What do you like best? The new offer letter process is a big help in the ATS. Ability to quickly scroll candidates has been a welcome upgrade. Also, we are able to now get offer approvals managed through the system. Uti has an ease of use. Outages have been minimal. What do you dislike? ATS has weak spots. Often Frustrating
What do you like best? I like that the reporting functionality is so advanced and I think the platform is easy to use for employees. What do you dislike? Customer service is a nightmare and having to put a case in every time i have a question or issue is time consuming. also when i finally get in touch with someone about my case they often do not know how to help me or have to refer me to someone else. HMS with lots of Potential and great Ideas with room for improvement
What do you like best? Some great aspects of Ultipro is, it helps streamline the processes from Hiring > Onboarding > Payroll.
