What do you like best? User interface, both employee and admin. What do you dislike? Training support is never person to person Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need an adaptable and customizable HCM solution...UKG Pro is by far the "Best in Breed". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to centrally support over 250 locations.

The Best Customer Service you could ask for.

What do you like best? One of the major upsides to UKG is the customer service that is out of this world. The customer Service specialist are very calming especially when you feel you problem is the end of the world and they respond to your cases in a reasonable amount of time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Reporting capabilities are outstanding, the interface is user friendly for end users and administrators. We love most of the modules available. UKG continually invests in improving the product and listening to what their customers want or need. What do you dislike? We have found it to be a perfect combination of value, support, and functionality.

What do you like best? The integrated functions of payroll, timekeeping, and career development with salary planning. What do you dislike? Slightly too much firepower for a smaller company like ours (under 300). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better fairness in reviews and rate increases through salary planning. Better recruitment coordination. Employee engagement with phone app.

Mostly exceptional product

What do you like best? It is a web based product so i can access it anywhere with a smart phone. The mobile app is extremely useful for our employees. It's functionality is very logical and easy to teach to new users. Cognos reporting is also incredibly helpful. We have so many year end reports for different purposes that we cannot use the "one size fits all" approach for the delivered reports. The Cognos report writer's versatility helps us meet our needs. Beyond My Expectations

What do you like best? The implementation team-Patti Holp, Michelle Jessup, Camilla Padilla, Willie Chong, Cristina Hooker. What do you dislike? The fact that I still have to process time with Kronos Workforce Ready What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits are-the app for our employees and the self service features. We are solving the issue of having to use so much paper and manual processes.
