Ultipro PAyroll Gateway
What do you like best? Ultipro payroll has simplified the payroll process for my organization What do you dislike? I do not like when a case is opened there is no follow up in a reasonable timeframe (example 10 days). Usually cases that involve tax services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using Ultimate all services are included. Tax filing, W-2 printing etc. At one point we were using multiple payroll vendors.

A great enhancement to our HR processes
What do you like best? Our ability to automate processes in our company and eliminate paperwork has been the best part of our conversion to UltiPro. The customer support has also been great. Anytime I have a question about using UltiPro, I have reached out to the Customer Success team and have received an answer or resolution to my problem. Easy Implementation. The application is user friendly from both an admin and employee view point.
What do you like best? The resources: training, customer connect, customer success (case management); quick response time for submitted cases. Easy access via web portal and mobile application. User friendly configuration from a system administration role for both core payroll and UTM. Went away and immediately came back
What do you like best? The self serve aspect of the system. Enabling our employees to see their own personnel record never existed in the organization. We allow changing of education, licenses, Direct Deposit and all contact information. Intranet, home page. We left ultipro for a two month period and really missed the opportunity to display helpful information to all staff. Ultimate Software - Great Payroll/HR Product
What do you like best? Ultipro is user-friendly, the system provides up to date information that helps you keep compliant in many areas and it has a very modern look and feel making it comfortable for many users. The system has allowed us to go mostly paperless and puts information at our fingertips that we used to have to go searching for in storage. What do you like best? Employee access to their information and enabling BI reporting. What do you dislike? Hard to configure at times. What do you like best? Ability to eliminate risk and save time. What do you dislike? Not as flexible as we need it at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to save hours in payroll processing. Our employees are more engaged and empowered with the tools. We have eliminated so much risk in reporting capability, more locked down security features and so much more.

What do you like best? Employee Self-Service Web Portal looks very nice What do you dislike? Backoffice is still the best way to process most of the imports and configurations, I wish that there's a separate training to guide us step by step moving away from backoffice What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that it is SQL based, and that I have direct access to our tables. We pay extra to have this ability. The Web interface is also clean and easy to use. What do you dislike? The Back Office. It looks like something from 1990 and is not user friendly at all. Everything should be in the Web.
