Having the many operational features for the life cycle of an employee housed in one system allows us to reach employees with consistent products and processes in 25 locations across the United States. Payroll UP experience
What do you like best? I like Ultipro because its User friendly. What do you dislike? I dont like the deduction part of it. How it doesnt have at a glance on the amt or percentage. You have to go thru the whole process to see what the employee has currently have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End User Experience for the win!
What do you like best? We just recently moved from Workday to UltiPro and both the HR and end user experience could not be more different. I find the the look/feel of UltiPro is far more user friendly and intuitive than Workday. The feedback from our managers and employees has been outstanding. True Partnership with Ultimate/UltiPro
What do you like best? This was the first HCM/HRIS implemented for our company, so it was a big deal for it to be easy to access, view and update information. UltiPro is very intuitive and easy to use for employees. We were able to have very high adoption rates with our employees very quickly. Great solution!
What do you like best? Reporting capabilities are outstanding, the interface is user friendly for end users and administrators. We love most of the modules available. What do you dislike? Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. Great technology, simple for users, great culture
What do you like best? Integrated platform for the hire to retire cycle. Everything is under one roof. What do you dislike? BI Reporting is very robust, so much so that in fact, if you do not have a dedicated HRIS team, you will likely be lost most times because you are not using it daily.
