Continuously Learning, Improving, and being Impressed

What do you like best? One of my favorite aspects of UltiPro is that I am continuously learning new features that the software has to offer. Often times I find myself brainstorming capabilities or features that would be nice to have and I come to find that Ultimate does in fact have that feature. Enjoying it so far!

What do you like best? Customer support ! UltiPro has some wonderful customer support. The reps are great! The response time is generally pretty great too. I generally will get a response within 24 hours which is awesome. I love the rapid response team as well. Easy way to get questions answered in a timely manner. What do you dislike? Although training is accessible, I wish I had more on-site trainings available. I prefer face-to-face and this is what's missing. I would enjoy more ...

What do you like best? They are always up to date on compliance for all states. The system is easy to use and navigate and also has a nice look to it. Updates are done quarterly allowing the system to keep up with demands. Our new executive service rep has been a breath of fresh air compared to our past one. What do you like best? I like how easy to use some aspects of the system are. Its easy to search employees, filter out specific employees based on qualifiers, and modify only certain parts of an employee record (job vs job and salary). What do you like best? Visual aspect of Core and the fact that taxes are in house. What do you dislike? Support levels. Have had things configured in our system that were not requested while updating other information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
