Ultimate is intuitive.

What do you like best? The brightness of Ultimate and it's intuitiveness makes Ultimate user friendly. What do you dislike? The Recruiting Gateway is not as functional as I would like; there's no interface with Indeed which makes recruitment difficult on this platform. What do you like best? The reporting system and the easy access to an employees file What do you dislike? When starting and stopping a deduction there is not an easy way of double checking you have to go through all screens What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great payroll platform with some problems.

What do you like best? Rapid Response has been the best tool in my toolbox! I always have a good experience whenever I call. They're empathetic, patient and very knowledgeable which I appreciate when I call since most of the time, it's an emergency. What do you like best? Ease of finding employee information. I often need to look up specific information about various employees, past and current, and it is usually very straight forward and simple to locate within Ultipro. What do you dislike? Good Company...needs a few bugs fixed

What do you like best? Business Intellegiance. The report are great and I hope to learn more at Connections. What do you dislike? Several bugs need to be worked out. Sometimes things don't post or employees become uncalced in payroll. Small things but they can make a huge diff in someones pay What problems are you solving with the product?
