UltiPro has been a great addition to our company especially the onboarding aspect
What do you like best? The BI tool is very helpful when it comes to running specific reports What do you dislike? I wish we could test employee roles with a test employee so we are able to see what the employee sees What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining the onboarding experience for all new hires.

What do you like best? How user friendly Ultimate is and how efficient they are, Ultipro has helped us with getting our payroll done timely and with little to no errors. I have worked for several different industries and organizations. In all my year of experience with payroll and benefits, and I have never used Ultipro. One system, Many possibilities
What do you like best? The reporting is great! It really helps me see everything I need for the task I'm doing. Processing payroll is easy. I love the automatic view of the paycheck detail. Time & Attendance can record many things for pay or just for reporting purposes. Searching for instructions is easy, calling for help is even easier. Importing date speeds up the processes. What do you like best? UltiPro has a slick modern feel for both the front end and back end user. It is a very intuitive system to use for employees of all ages. My company uses almost all of the UltiPro modules and I have found Perception, BI and Benefits. Ultipro (The good, The bad, The Ugly)
What do you like best? I love the robust website that allows for many different functionalities.The ability to customize different areas is really nice feature. What do you dislike? The after effects from making system changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are moving away from 4 points of entry for a new hire into 2 points of entry. This will allow us to spend less time on-boarding and more time focusing on what counts.
