What do you like best? Ultimate truly cares for their customers, realizes how the customer wants their money worth and strives to deliver. Payroll functionality is great & Ultimate has really empowered the user thru the years. Love that we are 100% processing in the cloud! Ultimate Is by far the best payroll software I have ever used.
What do you like best? The software is great and almost never has an issue, but the customer service is superior to any on the market. What do you dislike? Not being able to get a job at Ultimate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We just started using the Arrears in UltiPro this year and it has been a time saver and greatly helped in reducing human error in our employees past due benefit payments.

What do you like best? UltiPro has brought us up to the 21st century in terms of technology, ability, and not having to use workarounds like we had to do in the past. Love having our employee records, the time clock as well as payroll all in one system. What do you dislike? Ultimate Software, the ultimate partner
What do you like best? The interaction that we have with employees from Ultimate Software is by far one of the best reasons for choosing Ultipro. Our Executive Relations Manager and our Customer Service Manager are both top notch. Both of them work with us as partners rather than clients. What do you dislike?
