UltiPro is one of the best software's for HRIS, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and so much more.
What do you like best? I like that what I asked for is what i get. I want a system that I can rely on to give me data, reporting, easy accessibility for employees, and customer service that is knowledgeable, easy to communicate to and understanding to my situation. What do you like best? I like that own the product. I can make most changes myself at any hour of the day without having to consult with a team member from UltiPro. Love it so much that I want to work for them!
What do you like best? I love the reporting tool, IBM Cognos Analytics! Since it was created by a third party, there is a ton of learning resources available on the web. I also enjoy the Platform Configuration tool - it allows you to customize the site to your liking. I added several new fields to employee pages, and they were easy to report on as well. What do you like best? The systems is very user friendly both on the HR admin plus the end-user population is able to adopt incredibly quick. What do you dislike? Albeit self inflicted, moving a company with poor data records is a painful organizing path during implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timekeeping. Beyond the obvious benefit of legal compliance, the tool is simple to adopt and use.

What do you like best? The customer service is phenomenal when we have a problem. They work with a ticketing system and most of the time, responses are very quick. I also like the Community. All Ultimate users are welcome to join the communities, which are open forum discussions. Valuable tips and answers can be received from other Ultimate users.
