What do you like best? User platform. Rapid Response lines is great. What do you dislike? It's a bit overwhelming. The BI reporting tool is to use every once in a while. You have to use it all the time to actually be able to understand how to run a report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love the ease of interface files. Makes things so easy. Reporting on all different topics.

What do you like best? East of use and UltiPro is always looking at what will help the customers for future releases. This is very much appreciated from a customer who has been with Ultimate since 2008. Our core support is great and very responsive.
