What do you like best about UKG Pro? When I call in a work ticked I get almost a immediate response, so I know how long the issue can take and I can then decide if I need to notify our Facilites and Associates or not. Very responsive!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ultimate Software allows us to do more with our HR information in less time. It allows us to create reports that are highly helpful to our upper management, department heads and supervisors in a timely manner. We are able to onboard employees without worrying about opening on a machine in every office. The software is cloud-based and this is huge plus. There are many other things we can do with this software.

Easy to use and it helps us to avoid paper usage

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? UltiPro has great set of features and powerful HRA apps that are SaaS based. I like that the ongoing system updates are done by Ulti after hours and this means that our system is always up and available while business hours. The tool is cloud and web based solution and you have an easy access from anywhere. It allows us to avoid check printing and use the direct deposit feature.

I can’t explain just how satisfied I am!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What could be better than performing multiple actions on the web (simultaneously) and saving time with no risk of failure? UltiPro made it happen! I still can't believe its fantastic reporting capacity, or the fact that I have a top-notch customer service to back me up instantly.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? UltiPro is like a homegrown system, you can always configure it to fit your needs. As an organization with uniques structure, we grew to appreciate this fact a lot, and we wouldn't replace UltiPro even if it wasn't that functional. The grade says it all: the system is perfect for managing employees and payrolls, and continues improving all the time.
