"Time management "
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Desktop version is very user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Mobile version harder to navigate than pc version. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Ultipro allows employees to manage there own time, vacation requests, and reviews. It is very efficient, since all items are in one location.

"Gets the job done."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the UltiPro is fairly simple to use and keeps virtually all company resources in one place. It functions sufficiently and has very few technical issues or malfunctions. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The interface is pretty basic - no bells and whistles but it really isn't all that visually appealing. Some areas seem a little disorganized and randomly placed. I often have trouble with time off requests where the shift spans more than one day. ...

"Well organized HRM tool"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I am user of this application and not an admin. But so far I liked it. I feel it as a well organized HRM tool where we can track time management, payroll, Time off requests. And I love the email functionality, wherein we get an email when a request is approved, rather than going into the application to check for updates. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "UltiPro as an employee"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is very user friendly and easy to use overall. The program does a great job of keeping track of time sheets, and allows for customization. The main page walks you through the basics and through customizing the drop down menu on the left hand corner. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? When saving time sheets, if you've forgotten to enter the type of hours such as training or sick leave, any data you've entered after the last save will disappear. ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the design of the UltiPro that our company uses, it is so easy to navigate around. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't the the time off requests and how it organizes your days off. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro can reach all of our employees, throughout the 19 states that we have properties in.
